
IFS Nidhi Tewari: Prime Minister Narendra Modi Nidhi Tiwari, an officer of the Indian Foreign Service (IFS), has been appointed as Nidhi Tiwari, a 2014 batch officer of the Private Secretary (PS) of the Indian. According to the order issued by DOPT, Nidhi Tiwari was currently working as Deputy Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) but now he has been appointed as the Personal Secretary of PM.
Nidhi Tiwari (Nidhi Tewari) joined the Indian Foreign Service in 2014 and held various important positions. His services as Deputy Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office have been commendable, in view of which he has been given a new responsibility. The charge of Nidhi Tiwari as the private secretary of the Prime Minister will be important. While in this post, he will have to coordinate the daily tasks of the Prime Minister, organize important meetings and keep pace with various government departments.

How much will salary be?
According to reports, the pay scale of officers appointed to the post of Private Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office is determined according to the matrix level 14. At this stage, salary is Rs 1,44,200 per month. At the same time, dearness allowance (DA), housing allowance (HRA), travel allowance (TA) and other allowances are also given.

IFS Nidhi Tewari was appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) in November 2022. Earlier, he was working as an under secretary in the Division of Disarmament and International Security Affairs in the Ministry of External Affairs (Mea).
