Sridhar Vembu, the co-founder of Zoho Corporation, recently tried one of the most popular street foods in India. In his latest post on social media, Sridhar admitted that he had never eaten Mumbai’s famous vada pav until recently. Sridhar Vembu who has a net worth of $5.8 billion according to Forbes, relished the Rs 20 snack in Mumbai and wished he had eaten it sooner.

The co-founder posted a candid photo from a roadside stall in Mumbai, holding a vada pav in hand and ready to take a bite. “I’m enjoying vada pav in Mumbai. First time in life. How did I miss it all this time?” he joked on X. He was dressed casually as he came down to the shop to try the delicious snack.

However, in today’s era of fusion culinary innovations, where creative cooks develop dishes with unique components, vada pav also experienced an experiment. Reverse Vada Pav has been a popular recipe on social media recently. In the viral picture circulating on the internet, we could see a Reverse Vada Pav for sale at a restaurant. The image depicted a fried potato vada placed within a hollowed-out brioche bread. What was even more surprising was that the weird invention cost Rs 190.
