The risk of cancer- Microplastic particles are small. Staying in the body for a long time increases the risk of cancer. This causes damage to the cells of the body. Microplastic particles gradually affect the body in young children.
Inflammation problem- Research has found that microplastic can cause swelling and other problems in the body. It also damages the immune system. Microplastic releases ROS in the body, affecting inflammation and cells.
