Air India has been given a record order of four hundred seventy aircraft to both French company Airbus and Boeing. According to a report, Airbus, Air India and Boeing have refused to speak anything about any of their potential forward orders. The talks with Tata are currently under conversation with French aircraft manufacturer Airbus and American company Boeing.

It is worth noting that in the past, Tata has had talks on a new order of billions of dollars to buy widebody aircraft with Boeing and Airbus. Such a deal will help the Tata group to increase the speed of change. Business Standard told in a news in March that Tata’s new order could have 30 to 40 new aircraft of models like Airbus A350 and Boeing 777x.

Most of the plane orders

In the year 2023, 470 new plane was ordered by Air India to aircraft suppliers. Apart from this, an order of 100 more Airbus aircraft has been issued last year, most of which were narrows. The plane order given by Air India to Airbus and Boeing includes 50 Airbus A50, 20 of 787 Dreamliner and 10 Boeing 777x aircraft.
