Millionaire Bryan Johnson follows a strict longevity plan which includes a series of daily pills, oils and additional nutrient sources. He calls this the Blueprint Protocol, a structured routine designed to slow down or even reverse ageing. An entrepreneur named Max G recently shared his experience of following Blueprint for nearly two years.
According to him, the results have been impressive. He claimed that his biological age is now 18 while his actual age is 28. Max shared that in 2023, before following the Blueprint lifestyle, he often felt tired, ate a lot of carbs and stayed up late. By 2024, he had made major changes that focused on health and longevity. Now, in 2025, he believes the plan has helped him become 10 years younger biologically,
“Almost 2 years on Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint: in 2023: always tired, carb-loading, night owl habits. In 2024: turned things around and focused on health & longevity. 2025: 10 YEARS YOUNGER biologically (18 vs 28) with 90% of all biomarkers in optimal ranges,” Max wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

He also shared the biggest learning from his journey. First, he said the most important things are nutrition, sleep and exercise which should be taken care of before thinking about supplements. Second, he learned that tracking progress is important because you can only improve what you measure. Lastly, he found that having supportive friends helps in stay on track and stick to the plan.

In the comment section, one user asked, “Are there any downsides, though? I’d love to see the full picture.”
In response, Max admitted that the protocol isn’t always easy to follow.
“Downsides I’ve experienced: 1) Social flexibility takes a hit sometimes (especially around late dinners, going out…) 2) Time investment for tracking is real 3) I’ve learned to use the 80/20 rule – perfect adherence isn’t sustainable 4) I go through phases of higher/lower commitment depending on work demands,” he replied.
For those unfamiliar, the 80/20 rule means eating healthy 80 per cent of the time while allowing some flexibility for the remaining 20 per cent.

Other social media users also shared their varied reactions in the comment section.
One user wrote, “It’s amazing what sleep, exercise and nutrition can do.”
Another commented, “Love seeing how consistency and purpose reshape not just biomarkers, but the whole trajectory of life.”
“Easy when you’re young. Let me know when your in your 50s You have to push harder,” a person said.
Someone asked, “What do I do to start? Not worried about money. Just not sure how to incorporate the powders and pills into a daily routine with food.”
On March 7, Bryan Johnson introduced his new ideology, “Don’t Die,” which he believes is the key to human survival and aligns artificial intelligence with humanity’s best interests.
