Lai tied a sack filled with sand, drone rope and prepared a temporary harness by putting safety bucks in it. Then he took the drone to the person trapped and instructed on the phone to sit on the sack and tie his hands and feet in a rope with safety bakkal.

It was clearly seen in the video that the drone flies at a height of 65 feet and hangs the person trapped in the flood and takes it from between the trees and electric poles and takes it off on a safe road. This video is becoming fiercely viral on social media.

It was necessary to save life on ‘illegal’
Lai told that he had learned to fly drones in August. He admitted that what he did is wrong, because taking a human being is against the rules of drone. But his first priority at that time was to save the life of that person. He told Beijing News, “I know it is illegal, but I was afraid that the house would fall, so I decided to save. I would not advise anyone to repeat it.”

Water level of 13 rivers in China beyond danger
In the midst of this incident, the Ministry of Water Resources of China has said that the water level of 13 major rivers has reached above the warning level due to continuous heavy rains in Yunnan, Guizhou, Gwangshi and Hanan provinces. Government television has described this situation as serious.
