At a time when Kim Soo Hyun‘s underage dating controversy still seems far from over, another fresh claim has now fuelled the matter further. YouTuber Lee Jin Ho has shared a shocking video, directly rejecting Kim Sae Ron’s past claims about being in a relationship with the Queen of Tears actor. In the video, Lee doubled down on the allegation, claiming that the actors were not romantically involved between 2015 and 2021, as they were in separate relationships during that particular period.
In yet another scandalous remark about the late actress, Lee Jin Ho alleged that Kim Sae Ron dated multiple individuals during her high school and university days, whereas Kim Soo Hyun was in a private and stable relationship with someone else from 2016 until his military retirement in 2019. “From 2016 through his military discharge in 2019, Kim Soo Hyun was in a long-term, serious relationship. Although Kim Soo Hyun kept this relationship secret to avoid causing harm to the other person, his close friends knew just how deeply involved he was with this partner. Contrary to the claims made in the 2018 ‘Chicken Stew’ video, Kim Soo Hyun was still in this relationship at that time,” he said, as per the Indian Express.
However, the YouTuber did not withdraw from his past claims about Kim Soo Hyun dating Kim Sae Ron while she was a minor. Asserting that he won’t stop until “the truth” is out, Lee called for the actor to be held legally and morally accountable if evidence proves their relationship when Kim Sae Ron was a minor. Lee Jin Ho’s claims come around the previous message allegedly sent by Kim Sae Ron, stating she was dating Kim Soo Hyun from 2015 to 2021. He even pointed out a few inconsistencies in the actress’s statement and continued, “In March 2024, Kim Sae Ron mentioned a photo with Kim Soo Hyun through KakaoTalk, claiming it was taken when she was 16 years old. This statement became the root cause of all the current controversy. However, through digital evidence verification, it was found that the photo was taken in 2019.”
Meanwhile, the actress’s family is yet to react to these claims. Kim Soo Hyun has been under continuous public scrutiny, with his professional life also taking a toll due to the controversy and the new details surfacing every day.
