Zarina Wahab Reaction: Actor Sooraj Pancholi’s relationship with Jiah Khan was much discussed. But when Jiah Khan committed suicide, Sooraj Pancholi’s name was added to her death case. Suraj was accused of instigating Jiah to commit suicide. However, in 2023, Suraj was acquitted of all charges. Now Sooraj’s mother Zarina Wahab has reacted on this.
Jiya had attempted suicide 4-5 times
In the interview with Laharen, Zarina talked about Jiah’s death. He said- Even before that he had tried 4-5 times. But luck was such that when my son’s turn came, this happened.
Apart from this, Zarina told that Sooraj also saw many professional setbacks due to this case.
He said- We all went through bad times. But I believed in one thing that if you spoil someone’s life by lying then take it like a loan and it will come back to you in the form of interest. Karma happens. We waited. Took 10 years, but he is out of it now. I am happy. Due to this, Suraj’s career was affected. Everyone knows what she used to do. I don’t need to open my mouth. I don’t want to belittle myself by speaking.
Let us tell you that Jiah Khan is known for the film Nishabd. Jiah was found dead in her home in Mumbai on 2 June 2013. Talking about Sooraj’s work, he has done films like Hero, Time to Dance, Kesari Veer. He is shooting for Hawa Singh.
