According to exchange filing, ITC board "It has been recommended to give a final dividend of Rs 7.85 on every stock of 1 rupee for the financial year ended on March 31, 2025. Now this dividend is under the approval of members in the 114th annual general meeting (AGM) to be held on July 25. If it is approved by AGM, the dividend will be paid between 28 July to 31 July 2025. & nbsp;
The company is providing a splash dividend
ITC is currently one of the most dividend shares. In February 2025, ITC gave its investors a final dividend of 6.50 percent on every stock. This was the first dividend after the disorder of ITC Hotels.
In 2024, ITC paid dividends to its shareholders on two different occasions- Rs 6.25 in February and Rs 7.50 in June. Earlier ITC gave a dividend of Rs 15.50 in 2023.
