
Pakistan Tested Artillery Guns Near LOC : Pakistan has tested 155 mm truck-mounted howitzer cannon and other weapons near the Line of Control (LOC) in Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan got this cannon from China. On the other hand, Pakistan is busy strengthening its defense relations with the Gulf, Western European countries and Turkey.
In this regard, Indian officials have said that movement of 155 mm guns has been seen near the Line of Control (LOC). Which has been constructed under the supervision of a defense company of the Chinese government with the help of a Gulf country.
Let us tell you that these guns received from China are considered to be a type of SH-15, which is known for its ‘shoot and scot’ (hit and run) capability.
This cannon can aim up to 30 km
The 155 mm truck-mounted howitzer guns tested by Pakistan. There are many types of specialties in them. The biggest feature of this cannon is that it can attack its enemies by firing many types of shells. Talking about the firepower of this cannon, it has the ability to destroy the enemy standing 30 kilometers away.
At the same time, it can fire 6 rounds in one minute (1 round per 10 seconds). Apart from this, Pakistan has also tested the advanced M109 cannon. The firing range of this cannon is up to 24 kilometers and it can fire 6 shells in 40 seconds.
According to officials, Turkey has helped a lot in increasing the defense capability of Pakistan. The test conducted by Pakistan also included the latest 105 mm guns made by Turkish defense company FNSS. This tank is capable of armor piercing and firing high caliber shells.
China is becoming helpful in increasing Pakistan’s military capabilities
China has been instrumental in enhancing Pakistan’s military capabilities along the India-Pakistan Line of Control (LOC). China has provided construction of bunkers, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), fighter planes and many advanced communication systems to Pakistan. At the beginning of this year, China’s North Industries Group Corporation Limited (NORINCO) had handed over the second batch of 56 SH-15 (155 mm caliber) howitzers to the Pakistan Army.
