Ipo of Aditya Infotech opened from today, company raised Rs 582 crore from anchor investors


Aditya Infotech IPO: The IPO of Aditya Infotech, the largest company in the country, which makes CCTV camera, is opening from today. A day before this, on Monday, the IPO has succeeded in raising more than Rs 582 crore from anchor investors.

According to a circular uploaded on the BSE website, this anchor book witnessed domestic governments like Singapore Government, Singapore Monetary Authority, HDFC Mutual Fund, SBI Mutual Fund, Goldman Sachs, Nomura, Ashoka Whiteok India Opportunity Fund and Abu Dhabi Investment Attority and Foreign Dhani Investment Articles Went.

Aditya Infotech Limited, known for video surveillance brand CP Plus, has allotted 86.26 lakh equity shares per share to 54 funds per share. In this way, the size of the total transaction has increased to Rs 582.3 crore.

The IPO can be bid till 31 July. For this, the price band has been fixed at Rs 640-675 per share. This issue of Rs 1300 crore includes a fresh issue of Rs 500 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 800 crore. Investors will have to bid in the lots of at least 22 shares.

The company will be debt free

Out of the amount raised through the IPO, the company will use Rs 375 crore to repay the loan, while the rest will be spent on corporate needs. By March 2025, the company has a total borrowing of Rs 412.84 crore.

The company said that 75 percent of the issue is reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIB), while 15 percent is reserved for non-institutional investors (NII) and 10 % retail investors. ICICI Securities and IIFL Securities are the book running lead manager of this issue. Aditya Infotech is expected to list the stock market on August 5.

According to Investor Gain, Aditya Infotech’s IPO was doing well in the gray market. On July 29, 2025, its Gray Market Premium (GMP) stood at Rs 255 till 7 am. This is the upper price band of the issue to 37.78 percent more. Accordingly, the estimated listing of the IPO can be at Rs 930 per share.
