From viral reels to front-page drama, “Bua content” never fails to entertain, and this time, it’s a quirky newspaper ad that’s winning hearts and sparking laughter online.

A woman’s plea titled “Save my necklace (From Bua)” has gone viral on social media and is now widely being shared for its hilarious take on a desi problem. In the advertisement, the woman explains that her husband gifted her an 18K diamond necklace for her birthday, but her sister-in-law loved it a little too much. She said, “Her husband’s sister had worn it on more occasions than I have, and now it’s on her WhatsApp DP. I’m done.”

She further says, “Saying no to her is not an option as bank lockers have a 5-year waitlist,” so she is now looking for innovative solutions to store her necklace. “I’m desperately seeking a way to keep the necklace safe and 24×7 accessible for me but far enough from her,” she added.

What’s more amusing is that she even shared the email ID and asked people for suggestions at: antibualocker@gmail.com.

The photo has been uploaded by a page “Ghar Ke Kalesh” on X (formerly Twitter) with the caption, “Kalesh with Bua ends up in a newspaper.”

The post quickly went viral, with many social media users calling it the most relatable ad ever.

One person commented, “My bua lives in Greater Kailash, we all call it Greater Kalesh.”

Another wrote, “Let bua also show her side of the story via the same newspaper.”

“It’s not a necklace anymore. It’s a hostage. And the ransom is emotional blackmail,” commented another.

This is not the first time such hilarious ads have made it to the newspaper. Earlier, a matrimonial ad caught attention where a 30-year-old woman listed her unique expectations for a groom.

She mentioned that she is looking for a 25 to 28-year-old, well-built man who runs a thriving business and owns a bungalow or a 20-acre farmhouse. But that’s not all. The groom must have cooking skills and should neither burp nor fart.
