India wants to do government job in petroleum, know how to apply, salary up to 1.20 lakhs

Bharat Petroleum has issued an official notification for recruitment to the posts of Junior Executive and Secretary. Interested candidates can apply by checking their eligibility. This application process will be valid till 22 February 2025. Candidates can apply by visiting Bharat Petroleum’s official website https://www.bharatpetroleum.in.

This needs educational qualification:

Junior Executive (Quality Assurance): The candidate should have a BSC degree in chemical science, which has specialization in organic, physical, inorganic or analytical chemistry, and this degree is from a recognized university. The minimum percentage of the candidate should be 60% (or equivalent CGPA). It has been reduced by 55% for SC/ST/PWBD candidates.

In addition, the candidate should have a diploma in chemical engineering (3 -year course), with a minimum of 60% percent (or equivalent CGPA). It has been reduced by 55% for SC/ST/PWBD candidates. The candidate should have at least 5-year post-usual work experience in the laboratory in the petroleum/oil and gas/petro-chemical industry.

Secretary: The candidate should have a minimum 70% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in a Bachelor’s degree (3 -year course), class 12, and class 10 from a recognized university. It has been reduced by 65% ​​for SC/ST/PWBD candidates. In addition, the candidate should have a at least 6 months diploma or certificate in administrative secretary, PA/Executive Assistant/Secretary -Secretary/Office Management. The candidate should also have at least 5 years of work experience.

Egg Limit: The maximum age of the candidate for both these posts should be 29 years. However, reserved category candidates will be given a relaxation in age limit.

Application Fee: Candidates will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 1180. However, SC, ST, and PWBD candidates have been exempted from the application fee.

Selection Process: The selection process can be multi-step. This may include application screening (based on educational qualification, work experience, etc.), written/computer-based examination, case-based discussion, group work, personal interviews etc. The characteristics of the selection process will be determined based on the number of applications received.
