India enraged by China’s actions, will ban this Dragon company, know the reason

Indian drone company: An Indian drone company has alleged copyright infringement of its autopilot technology by Chinese entities. After this, the Indian government has been asked to ban imports to protect its rights. Chennai-based Zuppa Geo Navigation Technology has written a letter to the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) demanding a ban on imports from Chinese companies whom it alleges have infringed its patents.

In a letter to the DGFT, the Indian company said that in April this year the company was awarded a patent for its real-time computing architecture, called ‘System of Disseminated Parallel Control Computing in Real Time’. The company said that the patent was granted after nine years of investigation. The company has filed a petition saying that Shanghai-based company JIYI Robot is exporting autopilot to India, which is a direct violation of their rights. Zuppa Jio said that another company named JIYI, based in China, is also supplying the autopilot, which is allegedly infringing its copyright.

Many other countries accused China
America and many other countries have accused China of stealing intellectual property, which is a violation of international market agreements. According to Derek Scissors of the American Enterprise Institute, Chinese companies produce products at cheap prices by using expensive research and development through intellectual property theft. On the same issue, James Lewis, Senior Vice President and Director of the Technology Policy Program of the Center for Strategic and International Studies, says that China’s strategy is to acquire technology from Western companies.
