Meghan Markle was seen dancing at an event, though her husband, Prince Harry, was absent.

Meghan Markle was spotted having a blast with her close friends at a celebration in Los Angeles on Thursday evening, November 15. The event marked the launch of a new haircare line, Highbrow Hippie, created by Markle’s friend and hair colourist, Kadi Lee, and her business partner Myka Harris. According to a report in the New York Post, Markle, who has invested in the line, joined in the festivities at Gjelina restaurant in Venice, California. However, Prince Harry didn’t join her for the celebrations.
For the occasion, the Duchess of Sussex wore a strapless black outfit paired with matching heels, and her hair was styled in soft curls. As the night unfolded, Markle reportedly took to the dance floor and even joined a gospel choir that performed at the event. A clip shared by jeweller Maya Brenner on Instagram Stories showed Markle enjoying the moment as she danced alongside her squad including hairstylist Serge Normant and makeup artist Daniel Martin.
Normant, who created Markle’s bridal hairstyle for her 2018 wedding to Prince Harry, is believed to have introduced the former actress to Lee. Markle has long supported Lee, praising the Highbrow Hippie brand for its focus on hair wellness.
“Kadi has a mastery of hair health, and her Highbrow Hippie collection is a perfect reflection of that. I am so proud to invest in her as a friend and as a female founder,” Markle told InStyle magazine.
Markle has previously flaunted her dance skills during a tour in Colombia with Prince Harry in August. A video shared by Harper’s Bazaar editor Bianca Betancourt at the time captured the Suits actress dancing with locals at the Centro Nacional de las Artes Delia Zapata Olivella. She wore a beautiful maroon and gold embroidered Johanna Ortiz dress paired with Jimmy Choo sandals. Markle can be seen enjoying herself during the engagement.
In October, Markle made several solo appearances, including attending the #HalfTheStory event and walking the red carpet at the Children’s Hospital LA Gala. More recently, on November 8, she and Prince Harry appeared together in a video message for the Global Ministerial Conference on Violence Against Children, which was held in Colombia. In the video, Prince Harry highlighted the need to prioritise children’s online safety while Markle talked about the challenges of digital connectivity.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle got married in May 2018. The couple is parents to son Archie, 5, and daughter Lilibet, 3.
