If seen, busy lifestyle and mental stress are the main reasons behind this. Apart from this, due to wrong Vaastu of the bedroom, many times problem of sleeplessness arises. Therefore, if you are suffering from the problem of insomnia, then you should definitely pay attention to the Vaastu of your bedroom.

Do not put mirror in bedroom
Nitika Sharma tells that do not put mirror in the bedroom. According to Vastu Shastra, placing a mirror in the bedroom hinders sleep. If there is a mirror in the bedroom, cover it with a cloth before sleeping at night. Apart from this, a broom should never be kept in the bedroom.

If sleep is interrupted frequently, then one should light a desi ghee lamp in the bedroom before sleeping at night. By doing this one gets good sleep. According to Vastu Shastra, the bed in the bedroom should be made of wood. Along with this, it is considered good to sleep on a square shaped bed. It is said that it provides good sleep.

Do not keep water in the bedroom
Never keep a water bottle or any other water vessel in the bedroom. Actually, water has a negative effect on the mind and brain. Along with this, if there is a water tank just above your bedroom, then make sure to install an artificial wooden roof or cover over the bed. This will reduce the effect of water.
