Diabetes patient should adopt healthy lifestyle. Apart from this, it is very important to control weight. Many Ayurvedic medicines and extracts are used to bring diabetes under control. There are many such things in Ayurveda, using which you can control diabetes. Know what are the symptoms and remedies of diabetes?

Symptoms of diabetes

Symptoms appear very fast in type-1 diabetes patients. Whereas in the patient of Type-2, the initial symptoms of diabetes are less visible. These are the main symptoms of type-1 and type-2 diabetes

Ayurvedic method of controlling sugar level in diabetes and blood

1- Fig leaves– Fig leaves are used in the treatment of diabetes. It has anti -diabetic properties, which helps in reducing the level of blood sugar. Chewing figs of figs on an empty stomach or boiling in water keeps diabetes control.

2- FenugreekFenugreek is very beneficial for diabetes patients. Consuming fenugreek seeds keeps blood sugar control. Soak one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in a glass of water overnight. Drink these seeds and water on an empty stomach in the morning. Do not eat anything else for about 30 minutes after this. Doing this 2 to 3 times a week helps in controlling blood sugar.

3- Cinnamon– In spices, cinnamon is used in everyone’s homes. Cinnamon has many benefits. Apart from enhancing taste and fragrance, cinnamon is also used to control diabetes. It has anti -diabetic properties in it. Use of cinnamon helps in reducing blood sugar level. For this, you should consume half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder every day.

4- Grape seeds– Grape seeds have properties to control diabetes. It contains elements like vitamin E, flavonoids, linolic acid. Which prove to be effective in the treatment of diabetes. You can grind grape seeds and use powder.

7- Aloe vera– Nowadays, Aloe vera plant will be found in everyone’s homes. It has been used in Ayurveda for a long time. Drinking aloe vera juice in diabetes helps control blood sugar. Aloe vera contains elements such as hydrophilic fiber, glucomanon and phytosterol which helps in reducing blood sugar.

8- Neem– Neem is used in many Ayurvedic medicines. Neem leaves and juices also help in controlling diabetes. Neem has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Apart from this, anti-diabetic properties are also found in neem. Diabetes is also controlled by this.

9- Amla– Amla, rich in vitamin C, is also beneficial in diabetes. Amla has hypoglycemic properties. Blood sugar level can be reduced in 30 minutes of eating gooseberry. Amla seeds are also grinded and used as powder. This gradually reduces sugar level.
