Matuil Haq Khalis has proposed bilateral discussions with various countries including America. During this, he has expressed his desire to cooperate on receiving the invitation. During this, he said, “Climate change will affect the entire world. It affects women, children, men, plants and animals. In such a situation, everyone should make efforts together.”
