Shubhanshu shukla axiom-4 mission: Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, a group of Indian Air Force, who is going to space for India for the Axiom-4 mission, is going to space with three others. They are the other Indians who are going to make history by reaching the International Space Station. But in contrast to the perceptions of many people, Shubhanshu Shukla will not be paid anything as salary to stay in space for 14 days.
This is because the Exiom-4 mission is a joint campaign of ISRO and NASA. In this, India is completely funding this campaign. According to reports, India is spending Rs 548 crore for the Exiom-4 mission. This includes the expenditure on training, logistics, travel and research done by Shukla. Shubhanshu’s presence in this mission for the Gaganyaan Mission of 2027 is being seen as a milestone.
Even though Shubhanshu Shukla goes into space, he is not being paid any separately for this, but this is a big investment for India’s space future. Due to this, the country’s advanced space training and international cooperation are directly reaching the space compulsion. After Rakesh Sharma went on a space mission in 1984, he is the second Indian who has been sent on this mission.
