In today’s run -of -the -mill life, stress and mental disturbance have become a common problem. This was revealed in a survey conducted in April 2025 under the Peace Program. In this, 300 candidates were divided into three groups and their tension level, mood and decision -making ability were investigated. Those who did not meditate, did not get symptoms of stress in 70 percent, while 26 percent of people were found to be slightly stressed and 4 % of the candidate tension. At the same time, 92 percent of the people in meditating groups did not show symptoms of stress. Apart from this, 8 % of the people appeared under a little stress, while the symptoms of too much stress were not found in any candidates.

Sadhvi Dr. Nidhi Bharti said that our mind is often called ‘Monkey Mind’, because it is full of constant thoughts, disorders and emotional instability.
