
Heart Attack : An 18 -year -old student died of a heart attack in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. He was preparing for IIT. His health suddenly deteriorated while studying late Friday night. Family members took him to the hospital but by then died.
Heart attack came to light in the investigation. Even before this, many such incidents have come to light, when someone has lost his life due to heart attack at a very young age. In such a situation, the question arises that why the heart attack is becoming so dangerous, who is the highest risk from this.
What is heart attack
Heart Attack is a medical emergency that can come at any age. Earlier, its cases were only seen in the elderly, ie older, but now the youth are also getting engrossed rapidly. Heart attack occurs when there is some interruption in the coronary arteries that deliver blood to the heart. This obstruction stops blood flow, which does not give the heart (heart) oxygen and its muscles can be damaged. If this problem is not handled in time, then it can also be fatal.
Why is the risk of heart attack increasing at a young age

Most of the children like to eat only fast food, sugar and fat. Their physical activities have also reduced due to mobile-laptops. Major causes of heart attack in adults include high blood pressure, diabetes, smoking, alcohol intake and poor diet. If someone is under stress for long or there is no improvement in his lifestyle, then it can cause heart diseases.
