Wake up early in the morning on the day of Ashadh Purnima and first take a bath and wear clean clothes. By the way, bathing a river on this day is auspicious. But if not possible, you can also take a bath by mixing Ganga water.

Collect the essential ingredients of worship like fruits, flowers, incense, lamps, naivedya, water etc. Then light a lamp in the house of worship.

The worship of Lord Vishnu and Maa Laxmi is important on the day of Ashada Purnima. You can also worship your Guru or Ishta Dev. Also, Ved Vyas is also worshiped on Guru Purnima.
