Government job opportunity, 621 recruitments in the health sector; Applications will start from August 5

Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued notification for recruitment to 621 posts in the Department of Health and Medical Education. The application process will start from 5 August 2025 and will run till 3 September 2025.

Which posts will be recruited?

Under this recruitment campaign, Attendant General cadre, Barbar, Nursing Staff, Insect Collector, BCG Technician, Women’s MPHW, Junior Store Clerk, Dresser, Junior Pharmacist, Junior Dental Technician, Junior Lab Technician, Junior Staff Nurse, Theater Staff Nurse, XRE Technicians, Technology Assistant, Para Medical Assistant Posts like Grade-II, Sanitary Inspector, and Service Engineer are included.

What should be the qualification?

Candidates applying for these posts have passed 10th or 12th (science subjects) from a recognized board or institute in India. Some posts also require diploma or technical courses in the respective field. The qualification of each post can vary, so it is necessary to read the notification carefully.

How much salary will be received?

Selected candidates will get salary ranging from Rs 19,900 to Rs 81,100 every month. The pay scale will be decided according to the post.

What will be the application fee?

While applying, general and OBC candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 600, while this fee has been kept at Rs 500 for SC, ST and EWS category. The fee will have to be paid online through online.

What is age limit?

The maximum age for general category candidates in this recruitment is 40 years. At the same time, this limit has been given up to 43 years for reserved classes like SC, ST, EWS, ALC etc. The maximum age for disabled candidates has been fixed at 42 years.
