Ayurvedacians suggest that in summer, cloves should be taken in combination with cool nature foods like fennel, sugar candy or gulkand, so that its heat can be balanced. Clove is beneficial throughout the year due to its medicinal properties, but in summer it should be consumed in a balanced amount and properly.
