
Stocks to Watch Today: Share will be in focus on Monday (July 14) like RVNL, NLC India, DMART, DLF, Rites, Railtel. On Friday, July 11, the Equity Benchmark Index Sensex and Nifty had a decline of 1 percent on the last trading day of last week as IT, auto and energy stocks saw heavy selling.
On this day, 30 -share BSE Sensex fell 689.81 points or 0.83 percent to close at 82,500.47. During the day trading, it closed at 82,442.25, 748.03 points or 0.89 percent. During this period, 2,450 shares declined on BSE, while 1,557 shares were rose and there was no change in the price of 158 shares. Similarly, NSE Nifty with 50 shares slipped at 205.40 points or 0.81 percent at 25,149.85.
Rvnl
RVNL has received a contract of Rs 213.22 crore from South Central Railway (SCR). Under this, the company has to upgrade the existing 1×25 KV traction system on the Duvwada-Rajmundari and Samalkot-Kekinada port section of the Vijayawada Division of South Central Railway to the more advanced 2×25 KV system. This project will be completed in 24 months.
Religare Enterprises
Railways Enterprises has said that the company’s board has announced to raise Rs 1,500 crore. Of these, Rs 750 crore will be invested by the Burman family owner of Dabur. HT Media, JM Financial are prominent among the remaining companies investing. With this fund, the scope of the company’s business will be increased and strategic initiatives will be promoted. The company will issue 6.38 crore warrants which will be converted into equity shares.
Avenue Supermarts (DMart)
In the April-June quarter, a slight decline of 0.11 percent was recorded in the net consolidated profit of Avenue Supermarts Limited and with this it was recorded at Rs 772.81 crore. The company, which runs a supermarket chain under the DIRT brand, had a consolidated net profit of Rs 773.68 crore in the April-June quarter last year’s April-June quarter.
Adani Green Energy
Adani Green Energy said on Friday that his operational renewable energy generation capacity has increased to 15,816 MW as compared to last year’s June quarter. The company said in the regulatory filing, its operational renewable energy generation capacity in April 2024 was 10,934 MW. The 15,816 MW Renewable Energy Capacity includes 11,156 MW solar, 1,986 MW wind and 2,674 MW Hybrid Renewable Energy. According to a report by the news agency PTI, the sale of renewable energy in this quarter was 42 percent to 10,479 million units (MUs), which was 7,356 million units in the same period a year ago.

RailTel Corporation of India has received a work order of Rs 10,27,11,362 for tender from Indian Overseas Bank.
Hudco is the best
Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has signed a deal with Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Company (MPUDCL). Under this, this non-negotiable MoU has been signed to provide financial assistance of Rs 1,00,000 crore in five years for different types of housing and infrastructure projects in the state. Hudco will provide capacity building support as well as consultancy services to complete these projects.
DLF
DLF, a large company in real estate sector, has changed its record date for dividend. Now the record date for dividend has been kept on Monday, August 4, 2025. In the regulatory filing, the company said that in its meeting held on May 19, 2025, the board has recommended a dividend of Rs 6 on every equity share with a face value of Rs 2 for the financial year 2024-25. For this, a record date has been set on Monday, 28 July 2025. The final dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or before on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
