The Kerala government has announced that on September 30, there will be a holiday in the bank on Navratri. Due to which there will be a long holiday of three days. October 1, there will be a holiday in Bihar, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Tripura and West Bengal for Mahanavami. Also National on 2 October

- On October 6, there will be a holiday in Punjab, Odisha, Sikkam, Tripura, West Bengal for Lakshmi Puja.
- On the occasion of Maharishi Valmiki Jayanti, October 7, there will be a holiday in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka.
- October 20, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Karnataka, Kerala in Diwali
- 21 October Andhra Pradesh, Bihar
- 22 October Haryana, Maharashtra
- 23 October Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh
- On October 27-28, a 2-day holiday has been announced in Bihar regarding Chhath.
