American actress Sydney Sweeney has gone viral for an unexpected new product drop. In partnership with grooming brand Dr Squatch, she announced the launch of a quirky limited-edition soap with a bizarre twist: it’s made using her actual ‘bathwater’. The soap, called Sydney’s Bathwater Bliss, was unveiled via a playful Instagram post, where both Sweeney and the brand leaned into the bizarre concept for laughs and curiosity.
“You kept asking about my bathwater after the @drsquatch ad… so we kept it. Introducing Sydney’s Bathwater Bliss! A very real, very limited-edition soap made with my actual bathwater,” Sweeney shared on Instagram.
Adding to the frenzy, YouTuber MrBeast later revealed a disturbing message he received from someone referencing the soap. After a fan pleaded, “MrBeast, can you please buy me the Sydney Sweeney bathwater soap. Pretty please,” the YouTuber responded by sharing a screenshot of the message on X (formerly Twitter).
He captioned the post, “Stop asking, I’m not buying you guys her bath water.”

The comments section quickly turned into a mix of absurd humour and playful desperation, reflecting how bizarre and entertaining the idea was.
A user joked, “So when are we getting MrBeast bath water?” while another painted a wild scenario, “Fine, just buy the entire stock and make us battle it out Hunger Games-style to win one.”
An individual chimed in sarcastically, “MrBeast, this is just a humble plea for basic human aid.”
Coming back to the soap, the bar is said to be an exfoliating bar with medium-grit texture, made using natural elements like sand and pine bark extract. It also features a fresh, woodsy fragrance with notes of pine, Douglas fir, and moss. The bar comes in a limited-edition package, featuring blue-toned artwork of Sydney Sweeney on the front. The soap will be launched on June 6.
Still, it’s the headline-grabbing claim of containing drops of Sydney Sweeney’s actual bathwater that has truly captured everyone’s attention.
