According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film ‘Red 2’, released on May 1, opened an account with 19.71 crore at the box office on the first day. On the second day, the film collected a strong collection of 13.05 crores, 18.55 on the third day and 22.52 crores on the fourth day. Now the initial figures of the fifth day of the film have also come out.

According to the report of Caiknilk, ‘Red 2’ has earned Rs 3.97 crore at the box office on the fifth day (till 8 pm). The total collection of the film at the Indian box office has increased to Rs 75.22 crore. With this, the film has become super hit at the box office. The budget of ‘Red 2’ is 48 crores and the film took out its budget in three days. The film has also earned 84.75 crores at the worldwide box office.

‘Chhava’ and ‘Red 2’ saved Bollywood credibility
Let us know that earlier this year many Bollywood films were released in theaters. But apart from ‘Chhava’ and now ‘Red 2’, no film could join the superhit category. There was a flop or average at the box office from ‘Azad’, ‘Emergency’, ‘Sky Force’, ‘Mere Husband Ki Wife’, ‘Jat’ to ‘Sikander’. In such a situation, the credibility of Bollywood was staggering.
