ENG vs IND: Jaiswal joins Dravid and Sehwag, becomes joint-fastest Indian to score 2000 Test runs


Yashasvi Jaiswal became the joint fastest Indian cricketer to score 2000 Test runs during the second Test against England at Edgbaston in Birmingham on Wednesday.

Jaiswal completed his milestone in 40 innings, joining Virender Sehwag and Rahul Dravid in the list.

Aged 23, Jaiswal has so far scored five Test centuries including three against England and one each against Australia and West Indies.
