India took an unassailable 3-1 series lead after winning the fourth ODI by 55 runs, thanks to Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s record-breaking century. The visitor posted a mammoth 363 for nine in 50 overs riding on Suryavanshi and Vihaan Malhotra’s centuries. England responded with 308 as former all-rounder Andrew Flintoff’s son Rocky also slammed a quickfire century, but in vain.
With the ball, leg-spinner Naman Pushpak was the pick of the Indian bowlers with a three-wicket haul.
Following the five-match ODI series, the two teams will lock horns in a two-match Youth Test series, starting on Saturday.
