The lawyers should decide whether they are satisfied with the removal of the controversial excerpts of the film. The petitioner’s counsel will again make Delhi HC aware of his opinion about this. The petitioner has demanded that the court cancel the CBFC certification and immediately stop the release of the film. The film is allegedly based on the murder of Kanhaiyalal, a tailor in Udaipur in 2022. But the petitioner says that in this, the court proceedings have been reiterated by a biased statement of a Chief Minister and the controversial statement given by Nupur Sharma.
It has been said in the petition that the same statement was the cause of violence and tension in the country earlier and now an attempt is being made to revive communal sentiments by repeating the same things in the film. In the court filed in the court, the petitioner claims that the trailer of the film presents the Muslim community unilaterally and negatively. Which violates the dignity of the community and the right to live.
