Krishnam Raju, owner of Gaushala, bought Punganur cow 15 years ago and performed artificial insemination in Guntur’s government farm. After which their number increased. It says that the small size of Punganur cow makes it more valuable, at the normal level, the price of a pairs of cow ranges from 1 lakh to 25 lakhs.

Milk is nutritious
The milk of this cow is very nutritious. The milk of this rajal cow is the ancient and major breed of Punganoor cow, especially Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. The milk of this cow is filled with medicinal properties. In which 8% fat is found, which is more than normal cow’s milk (3 to 3.5% fat). Punganoor cow gives 3 to 5 liters of milk per day. For this, only 5 kg of bait is enough. This breed is also dry resistant, so it is useful for areas of Delhi, UP, Bihar, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh besides South India.

Punganoor cow care is also very easy, as this cow eats less bait. Its milk is very beneficial for health. This cow was also raised by sages and sages in ancient times. However, due to the influence of foreign breeds, the number of Punganoor cows started decreasing now. Apart from this, the Vatchur cow of Kerala is also recognized as a miniature breed. Which is 3 to 4 feet long. The length of Punganur cow can be even less, from 1 to 2 feet, which makes it even more unique. It looks quite beautiful in view.
