All business and educational institutions have been closed in Parachinar area. Thousands of Shia Muslims took to the streets on Friday (22 November) in Parachinar area. Earlier, Shia Muslims were going from Peshawar to Parachinar with a convoy of about 200 vehicles. During this time, Sunni armed groups attacked him with heavy weapons in Bagan town.

The Deputy Commissioner of Kurram has confirmed the death toll.
