China’s befitting reply to Donald Trump, now America will collect 50 not 104 percent tariff from dragon

US China Tariff War: US President Donald Trump has written a new chapter of Tariff War against China. The White House has said that the tariff on sugar imports will be increased by 104 per cent on Tuesday night at 12:01 pm. This step has been taken when China flatly refused to remove the 34 per cent of the retaliation on American goods.

104 percent tariff on China

On Tuesday, the White House said that an additional tariff of 104 percent on imported goods from China has now been implemented. According to Fox Business Reporter Edward Lawrence, the press secretary of the White House said that this tariff will be charged from 9 April, as China has not yet removed its retai duties (counter -tariffs).

The whole incident began when US President Donald Trump said that he was waiting for China’s response, only after that he would implement more than 100 percent tariffs. But other officials of the Trump administration made it clear that China will not be a priority in the upcoming trade conversation.

On April 2, when Trump announced the tariff for the first time, there was a sharp decline in the global markets, causing the fear of recession and disruption of trade system. However, after this, some recovery was also seen in the markets. The American stocks showed a tremendous bounce, while a week ago, the trillion dollar had disappeared the value of the trillion.

China made a mistake

The White House press secretary Caroline Lewit told the media, “It was a mistake to retaliate for China. When someone attacks America, President Trump and loudly responds. So 104 percent of tariffs will be implemented on China from tonight.” He added, “If China comes forward for talks, President Trump will welcome him very generously.”

China is not back back

Trump has already implemented 10 percent tariffs on almost all imports and now this tariff can reach 50 percent on some trading partners from 9 April. But the attitude towards China is looking even more strict. China has clearly stated that it will not back down and called it “blackmail” and said to compete. China’s statement said, “We are ready to fight till the end.” Although Trump showed softening on social media, “China also wants to deal … but he does not understand how to start. We are waiting for his call … it will happen.”

Meanwhile, the Trump administration was trying to negotiate with its other associate countries at the last moment, but the expectations of any agreement with China are still far -fetched. This new wave of trade war is going to affect the markets of the whole world. The big thing is that even markets like India will not remain untouched by this.
