China’s New Airbase : These days, China is rapidly strengthening its military infrastructure near the border with India. A recently surfaced satellite photo has revealed that China is converting two of its civilian airports adjacent to Aksai Chin into airbases of the Chinese Air Force. Redevelopment work is going on in full swing at both these airports. Along with building a new airstrip here, blast proof hangars and bunkers are being constructed for fighter and other military transport aircraft. At the same time, there is also a fear that both these redeveloped airbases under construction can be used for military operations against India.

Cause of trouble for India
Currently, China’s largest airbase on the Indian border is located in Hotan, where China has deployed J-20 stealth aircraft. However, China fears that at the time of conflict, India may directly target Hotan airbase. Therefore, China is upgrading airbases at different places. Which has become a cause of trouble for India.
