Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council (UPMSP) has decided to change the practical exam dates for class 12 students. This step has been taken in view of the conflict with JEE Main 2025 examination. According to the earlier schedule, the practical examinations of Class 12 of UP Board were scheduled from January 23 to January 31, but now these dates have been changed. This amendment has been made for the convenience of the students and better arrangements for the examination.
Revised practical exam schedule
According to the official notice released by UPMSP, the schedule of Class 12 practical exam has been changed due to the JEE Main 2025 exam, which was scheduled to be held from January 20 to January 30. Under this, now the practical examination for UP Board class 12 students will be conducted in two phases.
First Step: The first phase will be conducted from 1 February to 8 February 2025. In this phase, students of Aligarh, Meerut, Moradabad, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Varanasi, and Gorakhpur divisions will participate.
Second step: The second phase has been scheduled from 9 February to 16 February 2025. In this phase, students from Agra, Saharanpur, Bareilly, Lucknow, Jhansi, Chitrakoot, Ayodhya, Azamgarh, Devipatan, and Basti Mandal will participate.
Before this, UP Board 2025 Class 12 practical exams were scheduled from January 23 to January 31 and the second phase was scheduled to be held from February 1 to February 8. However, these dates had to be changed due to JEE Main 2025 exam.
UP Board Inter Exam Dates 2025
The main examination of class 12 2025 conducted by Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education will start from 24th February. This examination will continue till 12 March 2025. This time the examination will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will be from 8:30 am to 11:45 am, while the second shift will be from 2 pm to 5:15 pm.
The purpose of this change is to provide better time to the students as well as to ensure smooth conduct of the examination, so that no student has to face any kind of problem. Students are advised to keep checking the official website of UPMSP from time to time for exam dates and other updates.
