According to ONS, the name Muhammad has been in the list of top 10 names for seven consecutive years and is the most popular name in 10 areas of the United Kingdom including England and Wales, North, West Midlands and London. Now the name Noah has come at second place in the list of popular names, while Olive is at third place. Apart from this, Mohammad and Mohammed are also in the top 100 names. Mohammed is at 28th and Mohammad is at 68th.
The report said that the most popular name for girls in the UK is Olivia. After this, people are preferring to keep the names Amelia and Isla. These names are in trend since 2022. The name Olivia has been on top since 2016. The popularity of this name has remained intact for eight years.

Names like Margot and Cillian have also become quite popular because of Hollywood actors like actresses Margot Robbie and Cillian Murphy.
