The state government has started ‘Sabzi Vikas Yojana’ to promote vegetable farming, under which the government is giving subsidy on vegetable seeds to the farmers. So that farmers get attracted towards this scheme.

Will get 75 percent subsidy

Under the Vegetable Development Scheme, distribution of brinjal (Garma), watermelon (Garma) and melon (Garma) and vegetable seeds (hybrid varieties) – pumpkin (Garma), Nenua (Garma), bitter gourd (Garma), lady’s finger (Garma) and chilli (Garma). ) Under the scheme, a subsidy of 75 percent of the unit cost will be given. Benefit can be taken from any one vegetable within the prescribed limit.

This much grant will be given

Every farmer will be given a minimum subsidy of Rs 1000 and a maximum of Rs 10,000 on vegetable seeds. Farmers getting vegetable seeds will be provided seed subsidy of minimum 0.25 acres and maximum 2.5 acres.

These forms will be required

Farmers wishing to avail the benefit of this scheme should have any one of the following land ownership certificate, revenue receipt updated from last two years, online updated receipt, genealogy, agreement (prescribed form) and valid land ownership certificate. It is mandatory that if the name of the applicant is not clear in the land ownership and revenue receipt then it is necessary to attach the genealogy along with the land ownership and revenue receipt on the basis of non-ryot farmer agreement. Will be able to take advantage of the scheme.
