Australia names Playing XI for WTC Final against South Africa


Australia has revealed its Playing XI for the World Test Championship (WTC) 2025 final against South Africa, beginning on Wednesday at Lord’s in London.

Marnus Labuschagne is set to open the batting alongside Usman Khawaja, while Josh Hazlewood has pipped Scott Boland to the Playing XI and will partner Mitchell Starc and skipper Pat Cummins in the pace department.

All-rounder Cameron Green returns to the Test side following a back surgery, while Beau Webster retains his spot in the team to provide the frontline bowlers some support with his medium pace.
