Arijit Singh is also known for his simple style with his songs. Rapper Raftaar has revealed that the singer likes to remain simple even after earning well. Raftaar told that the song Kesariya had ended the troubles of his life. Once he earned a good amount of money by performing at a wedding. After which he has also bought a duplex in Mumbai.
Raftaar talked about Arijit and AR Rahman in a podcast. He told about the income of both. Also said that despite their income, both of them do not show it off and always remain simple.

Praising Arijit Singh, Raftaar said – He has a lot of wealth but still his nature is very humble. Raftaar said that while people in the industry show themselves to be rich, Arijit is richer than them. Arijit can afford 100 times more than him.
Got a house after performing at a wedding
Raftaar had once told a story related to Arijit. In which he had gone home by auto rickshaw because his car was getting very late. He also told that Arijit did not want to perform at a wedding. But he agreed to do this performance on the condition that in return he would get a duplex in Mumbai. He got this for only 1-1.5 hours of performance.
AR Rahman charges so much fees
Raftaar also talked about AR Rahman. He said- AR Rahman sir charges Rs 3 crore for doing a live show. Also check Arijit sir. It’s just a matter of timing but he doesn’t make a fuss about anything. This is the only difference between them.
