America has done the biggest trade deal with Japan, 15 percent tariff


US-Japan Trade Deal: US President Donald Trump has announced a trade deal with Japan. Trump has written on the social media platform that under this deal, Japan will invest $ 550 billion (407 billion pounds) in the US and will have to pay a 15 percent recipes. Describing it as the biggest trade deal ever, Trump has claimed that this will provide 90 percent profit to the US. This will create millions of jobs.

Trump also informed that through this deal, cars, trucks, rice and many other agricultural products will increase in Japan’s economy. Trump said during an event at the White House on Tuesday evening, I have just entered into the biggest business agreement in history. I think this is probably the biggest agreement in history with Japan. Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba also welcomed the announcement of Trump. He said, this is the lowest tariff ever imposed on countries with trade surplus with America.

Earlier in April, Trump announced to impose 24 percent recipes on Japan, which was later increased to 25 percent. Now it has been reduced to 15 percent. Trump had also announced to impose 25 percent tariffs on automobiles imported from all countries from all countries. Now it is not clear whether Japan will be given relief from this tariff on cars and auto parts under this trade deal with Japan? Along with this, Trump has also announced a trade deal with the European Union on Wednesday. Many more agreements are going to be made soon.

Here, the impact of this business deal between the US and Japan was also seen in the stock market of Japan. Japan’s benchmark share index was seen trading at 41,051.50 with an increase of 3.21 percent. Many stocks like Toyota, Nissan and Honda recorded an increase.
