It is seen that if children are given almonds or soy milk, then their nutrition is affected or not.

It was seen in this study that if children are given a plant based milk instead of cow’s milk, then there may be a shortage of nutrients in their body. Explain that in the study, cow’s milk was replaced by 6 types of plants, which affected the lack of nutrition in the body of children. Plant base has found nutrient deficiency in many products like calcium, iodine, vitamin B12. Mainly non -fortified drinks were significantly deficient in these nutrients. However, fortified milk is reduced to nutrient deficiency, but it may still have a deficiency of important nutrients like iodine.

Cow milk is the best
