Artificial Intelligence: The scope of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasing in the world. Apart from making human work easier, it is also making it better. This is a tool that gives machines human-like capabilities. Due to this, a phase of change is gradually coming in many industries around the world. Many people are worried about what effect Artificial Intelligence will have on their jobs. The World Economic Forum (WEF) recently conducted a study, which revealed that AI can impact the job market in a big way by the year 2030.

New jobs will also be created with the arrival of AI

The Forum has estimated in its job report for 2025 that AI will impact 22 percent of jobs in the coming time. Some jobs will disappear from the market altogether. However, some new jobs will also be created. In this report, while there has been talk of loss of jobs due to AI, on the other hand it has also been told that about 78 million new jobs will also be created due to AI. Which will balance the job market by creating 170 million new posts in place of the already existing 92 million jobs. 

These jobs are in danger

Clerical and secretarial posts like cashier, ticket clerk and administrative assistant are under threat. These jobs based on manual tasks will be replaced by AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and self-service systems. Similarly, posts like postal clerk, bank teller and data entry operator are also decreasing due to digital technology.

Job opportunities will increase in these

AI cannot replace humans 

Similarly, there are many jobs like teachers, nurses, counselors, social workers, where AI will not work because these are jobs that require human qualities like tolerance, empathy, which are not available to machines. .
