Real estate consultant Square Yards said in a statement on Friday that it had reviewed the property registration documents related to this transaction. The apartment sold by Akshay Kumar is located in Sky City. Sky City has been developed by Oberoi Realty and is spread over 25 acres. “Akshay Kumar had purchased the apartment for Rs 2.38 crore in November 2017 and recently sold it for Rs 4.25 crore, which represents a 78 per cent increase in the value,” Square Yards said.
What is the area of the apartment?
According to the report, the carpet area of the apartment sold by Akshay Kumar is 1,073 square feet. It also has parking for two cars. In this transaction, stamp duty payment of Rs 25.5 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000 has also been paid.
