If you are dreaming of working in railway and thinking how much salary will be received after joining, then there is good news for you. Preparations for the 8th Pay Commission (8th Pay Commission) have intensified and after its implementation, the salary of new employees can see a big increase.
At present, the employees who join new jobs in other central government jobs including Railways are being paid as per the 7th Pay Commission. Currently, New Jeny gets a basic salary of Rs 18,000 at the lowest level (Level-1). In this, the total in-hand salary is made from Rs 30,000 to 32,000 by adding DA (dearness allowance), HRA (house rent allowance) and other allowances.
In the 7th Pay Commission, a fitment factor of 2.57 was fixed for calculating the salary of employees, on the basis of which the minimum basic salary was kept at Rs 18 thousand. Now speculation is being made that if this fitment factor is done more than 2.57 in the 8th Pay Commission, then there can be a significant increase in the basic salary.
