Adani Total Gas Q3 net profit down 19.4% at Rs 142.38 crore – The Times of India

AHMEDABAD: Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) reported a net profit of Rs 142.38 crore for the quarter ending December 2024, marking a 19.4% year-on-year (YoY) decline compared to Rs 176.64 crore in the same period last year.
Conversely, the company’s revenues from operations grew 12.5% YoY to Rs 1,400.88 crore during the October–December 2024 quarter, up from Rs 1,244 crore in the corresponding period of 2023.
Suresh P Manglani, Executive Director and CEO of ATGL, said, “ATGL maintained its growth trajectory, focusing on a customer-centric approach and delivering robust operational performance with a notable 15% year-on-year increase in volume. Despite the reduced APM gas allocation, Team ATGL ensured an uninterrupted supply of CNG to our large consumer base by sourcing additional gas through alternative options.”
“The key for us is to calibrate end prices, balancing affordability for consumers and stakeholders while maintaining profitability, as evident from our 15% volume growth and 6% EBITDA growth for the nine-month period on a YoY basis. We are striving to accelerate the development of PNG and CNG infrastructure across our 34 geographical areas, including the recently added Jalandhar GA in Punjab,” Manglani further added.
The company expanded its CNG network to 605 stations, adding 28 new stations during the third quarter. PNG home connections also rose to 9.22 lakh, with 28,677 new households connected. In addition, industrial and commercial connections increased to 8,913, with 167 new consumers added.
