Saloni Khanna said that many women become IAS officers, but 30 percent of these women do not become DM. They do not get DMship or collectorship. They believe that women should get reservation in UPSC until this mindset changes completely. This process should continue until proper sexual representation is maintained. He said that it is not necessary that this quota is implemented forever. It should be implemented only until things change.
