IPL 2025 Final: Ahead of the much-anticipated IPL 2025 final between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Punjab Kings, RCB fans have flooded the internet with their iconic slogan, Ee Sala Cup Namde.
The slogan has long served as RCB’s rallying cry, but with the team now just one win away from clinching the IPL 2025 title, fans have amplified their voices like never before.
The RCB and PBKS will come face to face during the IPL 2025 final at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, with the match set to become a blockbuster.
Notably, this isn’t the first showdown between RCB and PBKS this season. In Qualifier 1, RCB dominated with an 8-wicket win, but PBKS refused to bow out.
Led by Shreyas Iyer, they staged a remarkable comeback by defeating Mumbai Indians in Qualifier 2—setting the stage for a high-stakes rematch in the IPL 2025 final.
What Is ‘Ee Sala Cup Namde’?
RCB fans have only one slogan in their hearts, Ee Sala Cup Namde, which translates to “This year, the cup is ours)”
The slogan gained even more momentum after prominent Karnataka leaders joined in to cheer for RCB. Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar shared a video message rallying behind the team, proudly echoing the fan-favourite chant, “Ee Sala Cup Namde!”
“18 years of grit. Every prayer, every cheer, every heartbreak – it all leads to today. This is more than a match. Our moment. Our Cup. Wishing @RCBTweets the very best – Karnataka is with you!”

Not just Indian cricketing fans are cheering for RCB with the viral slogan, but also international celebrities, including Canadian rap star Drake, have also jumped in.
On the eve of the much-anticipated summit clash, Drake revealed on Instagram that he has placed a massive $750,000 (approx. Rs 6.4 crore) bet on RCB to lift their maiden IPL trophy.
He captioned the post with the now-iconic RCB slogan, “Ee Sala Cup Namde,” leaving fans across the world perplexed but intrigued.
Meanwhile, PBKS, led by a resurgent Shreyas Iyer, are just as determined to clinch their first-ever title, making only their second appearance in an IPL final since 2014.
