Rank 1: Shakti Dubey (Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh)

Shakti Dubey, who became All India Topper of UPSC 2024, is a resident of Prayagraj. Shakti coming from Science Background did BSc in Biochemistry from Allahabad University and then completed post graduation from Banaras Hindu University. He chose Political Science and International Relations as optional subjects. Shakti, who has been preparing from the year 2018, finally realized her dream.

Rank 2: Harshita Goyal (Travel from Haryana to Gujarat)

Harshita Goyal, who ranked second, is originally from Haryana, but has been living in Vadodara, Gujarat for many years. Harshita is a chartered accountant and left her finance world for social service. She remained associated with NGO called ‘Belief Foundation’ which helps children struggling with thalassemia and cancer. Harshita’s success is a symbol of social dedication and strong will.

Rank 4: Margi Chirag Shah (Ahmedabad, Gujarat)

Margie, a computer engineering from Gujarat Technological University, selected Sociology as an alternative subject and finished fourth. Despite the technical background, the association with the society inspired him to enter the region.

Rank 6: Komal Poonia (Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh)

In the second attempt, by clearing UPSC, Komal Poonia has illuminated the name of Saharanpur district. Komal’s hard work and spirit showed that any floor can be found with dedication and continuous effort.

Rank 7: Ayushi Bansal (Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh)

Ayushi secured 188th rank in 2022 and 97th in 2023. This time, by getting the seventh place, he took himself to a new height. In Ayushi’s life, the father’s shadow had risen in childhood, but with the inspiration of the mother and his hard work, he passed this difficult test.
