Trump will break another bomb! Martial law -like order may come into force on 20 April

Donald Trump’s New Order: When Donald Trump took over as the President of America on January 20, he first issued an order which is related to the implementation of national emergency on the southern border of the country

The order said that 90 days after the signature Trump can use the “Insurrection Act” of 1807 and can deploy army on US land on April 20. You can have an increased concern in the country about this decision, as people believe that Trump can now use the army to stop infiltration.

Learn what is the Rebellion Act of 1807?

The Rebellion Act of 1807 is a law that allows the President of America to deploy the Army and National Guard in a special situation. If there is any rebellion, riot, violence or law violation in the country, then the President can send the army under this law so that the situation can be brought under control. This may also include protest or ruckus by common citizens.

What is the Pos Committess Act?

The Posse Comitatus Act is a law that usually prevents the US Army from interfering in the work of maintaining law and order within the country. This means that the army cannot interfere in common citizen matters.

The Rebellion Act of 1807 is above this law. If the President wants, he can use this act to deploy the army inside the country. The President, who is the commander-in-chief of the army, can decide when, where and how to use the army.

Is the Rebellion Act similar to martial law?

The rebellion act and martial law may look the same, but there is a difference between the two. In martial law, the control of the entire state or area is given to a general of the army. Meaning the army handles everything-administration, law and order and government decisions. This does not happen in the Rebellion Act. In this, all the power remains with the President. The President takes the help of the army when needed so that law and order can be kept right. Simply put, the army replaces the government in martial law, while in the Rebellion Act only the army helps the government, it does not replace it.

What will happen on 20 April?

The 90 -day time limit of the executive order of Trump, released on 20 January, is now almost complete and there are only a few days left for April 20. Now many people of America are beginning to believe that President Donald Trump will really implement the “Rebellion Act” and can deploy the army on 20 April.

Two days after this order, on 22 January 2025, the US Defense Department said that it would send 1,500 more soldiers to protect the southern border. These soldiers will help the agencies already working on the border and some air force and intelligence means will also be sent with them.

After this, on 29 January 2025, Defense Minister Pete Hegseth had said that the US is planning to keep 30,000 criminal migrants in Gwantanamo Bay, Cuba. Trump had also said to give a new order in support of this decision soon, but since then there has been no big or new update.

The Defense Minister and Homeland Security Minister have not yet given their last report to the President and it is not clear what has been achieved in this mission so far. For this reason, people feel that now Trump can soon apply the old “Rebellion Act” so that fully control can be achieved on the southern border, which is a major purpose of their administration.
